ANN believes that creating jobs for Nigerians is an absolute priority. It is a moral & human rights and economic imperative that can have National Security and Prosperity implications.

Getting Nigerians working would require regulatory reforms to unlocking economic value chains, reforming and managing labour markets, and gathering data for intelligence and evidence for policy innovations to support of the Nigerian Economy that is creating decent tax-paying jobs.

The Ministry of Labour and Employment under ANN government will work with other MDAs, CBN, the Legislature, States, LGAs, private sector, development and other partners to continuously improve the Nigeria business environment to attract investments, grow value chains and create millions of decent tax-paying jobs.

The Ministry of Labour and Employment will lead the development of a single public sector job portal to track public sector jobs and performance; promote equal opportunity; and generate data for labour market intelligence.

The Ministry will work with all relevant MDAs, CBN, tertiary institutions, the Legislature, States, LGAs, private sector, development and other partners to organise job fairs, expose opportunities for voluntary placements, and entrepreneurship training.
